Our services are inclusive to all peoples! Kyra is passionate about providing quality care to women, but has dedicated her business to making her services approachable to for everyone.

We offer several services including personal training, functional movement screening, fitness assessments, stretching and mobility sessions, pre and postnatal exercise prescription, and nutrition coaching services. All of these services are available for in person service. Some services are available online, and some are available as hybrid services (part in person and part online coaching). We offer several different rates depending on the service and length of session. Our rates are reflective of the industry standards based on education and experience for training services and are approachable for most budgets. There are also discounts for multiple sessions purchased up front. Ask about packages and discounted session packs during your initial consult. See our services page for specific rates.

Yes! Most services are available for you to book directly on our website. Click the BOOK NOW button and it will take you to our Jane app booking site. This is where you can select your service and time to book your appointment. If there is not a link, you can email to set up a time to book or get on a waitlist for next available.
