Initial Consultation

Service Description

The initial consultation is the time to meet your trainer, discuss your goals, past history, any injury or considerations, and expectations regarding your training. This is also a great time to ask any questions if you are unfamiliar or unsure about training. Based on this consult, your trainer will be able to give you a general idea of what you can expect during your sessions, as well as give recommendations about the type of training and frequency needed to reach your goals. We look forward to meeting you! The $20 deposit is applied towards the purchase of future services. No refunds.
