Personal Training - Half Session
Limited time? No Problem. Crush your goals with focused sessions in 25-30 min. Work with a trainer 1-1 with customized exercises, stretches, or functional movement plans targeted towards your needs.
Personal Training - Consult
Get things started with a free 30 min Consult. This time is to talk through goals, needs and expectations or ask any questions to get familiar with what to expect during your sessions.
Mobility 10
Targeted 10 min Mobility and Stretching Session. Limited to 1-2 areas for quick and effective results. Ideal for pre-adjustment timing.
Mobility 30
This half hour Mobility session covers stretching, soft tissue, and mobility exercises for muscle groups in several areas. Ideal for those who want to work on large sections of the body such as the major muscle groups of the upper or lower body.

Work 1-1 with a trainer for a full 55min session. Exercises and training plan are based on your goals and needs. Includes exercises, and stretching or functional movement modalities as needed.
Fitness Assessment

Mobility 20
Mobility and Stretching for a few localized muscle groups. Ideal for those who need more in depth work on an area or who have tightness in a larger muscle region (ex. neck, shoulders, upper back; low back, hips, upper leg).
Mobility - Full Body
Full Body Mobility and Stretching includes targeted stretching for multiple areas of the body. Treatment includes full body stretching and targeted muscle release techniques such as rollers, massage guns, and PNF Stretches. Best for those who want to improve their whole body mobility or have multiple areas of tightness.
